It’s nice when it’s Miami Ice

Miami Iced Tea

Have you felt parched at times, but not wanting to grab your usual carbonated beverage and feel lemonade or ice tea might not be quite what you’re looking for?  Well, Miami Ice is just a slight twist on ice tea that I’d say rejuvenates that summer time favourite.

Below I’ll step you through preparing this super easy thirst quencher.  Here’s what you’ll need.

Ingredients:

  • 2 – 4 mint leaves
  • ½ cup Nestle ice tea powdered mix
  • 1.25 cups Mango nectar
  • 4 cups cold water

Tools of the trade:

  • Large pitcher big enough for 6 cups
  • Long wooden spoon for stirring

Not many but here are the steps.

Directions:

  1. Pour the Nestle ice tea powdered mix into your large pitcher
  2. Add the 4 cold cups of water and mint leaves into the pitcher and mix with your spoon until powder is dissolved
  3. Add the mango nectar and mix again
  4. Put the pitcher into the refrigerator and let it chill for about an hour.
  5. Remove from refrigerator and pour into a tall glass with ice and enjoy!

And yes, you’ll be able to enjoy your Miami Ice for the week to come.

However, if you’re thinking about Miami or another place to go the next post will probably help get you there or at least to the airport. Check out the next post.
